Greg is the Founder and Managing Director of CIS. He has over 30 years of management consulting experience. His primary focus is creating large, complex, innovative collaborative ventures. He assists with developing the strategic direction, engaging partners, including investors, project managing the formation of the venture, facilitating stakeholder workshops, overseeing the budget and project team. In this role, Greg takes a hands-on approach and often supports the establishment and operation of these ventures once funding has been secured. His firm has now raised nearly $5 billion of total resources when in-kind resources are considered.

Greg is also increasingly being asked to support early stage ventures and has established the National Agriculture and Food Incubator (NAFI) to help support demand for these services.

His current client base is predominantly within the education and research sector; he has also worked extensively in the health, manufacturing, design, engineering, finance, tourism, mining, telecommunications and logistics sectors.

Greg has an Economics Degree (Honours), Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, and an MBA from the Melbourne Business School.
