Greg Spinks
Greg is the Founder and Managing Director of CIS. He has over 26 years of management consulting experience. His primary focus is now around leading and establishing large complex innovative commercial ventures. He assists with developing the strategic direction, engaging partners, including investors, project managing the ventures formation, facilitating stakeholder workshops and developing the supporting marketing collateral and business cases.
In this role Greg takes a hands on approach and often supports the establishment and operation of these ventures once funding has been secured.
His current client base is predominantly within the education and research sector; he has also worked extensively in the health, manufacturing, design, engineering, finance, tourism, mining, telecommunications and logistics sectors.
Greg has an Economics Degree (Honours), Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, and an MBA from the Melbourne Business School.
