Tessa brings a diverse mix of skills and experience to her role as a Consultant at Consulting & Implementation Services (CIS). Since joining CIS in 2019, Tessa has played a central role in supporting large and small grant applications including Cooperative Research Centre applications where in 2020, she was engaged to support a CRC application, which signed on 65 industry partners and raised over $200 million in resources. Tessa has also been engaged in a number of projects across HR strategy, organisational restructure and recruitment. Examples of her recent work include; supporting the recruitment of an inaugural Board and Chief Executive Officer, and drafting a Human Resource Strategy for the Commonwealth Bank's Financial Independence Hub.   

Prior to joining CIS, Tessa worked for Monash University’s External Relations, Development and Alumni division, interned at Australia’s leading banking and financial services recruitment firm and has volunteered extensively for organisations including Adult Multicultural Education Services (AMES). In her role at Monash, Tessa built and maintained relationships with Alumni and donors from Monash's 350,000 worldwide Alumni community, fundraised for scholarships and medical research (Inhaled Oxytocin Project, Alzheimer's Research, World Mosquito Program) and was a key stakeholder of the Monash Run for Refugees event, which raised over $90,000 for asylum seeker scholarships in 2019.

Tessa has completed a Bachelors of Commerce, majoring in Economics, and a Bachelors of Global Studies, both from Monash University. During her undergraduate degree, Tessa was one of 30 students to be awarded the Ancora Imparo Leadership Scholarship, in recognition of her leadership potential. She also has outstanding academic credentials, including an ATAR score of 99.25.
