Mushroom Health and Nutrition Research and Extension Strategic Plan
The MU24004 project aims to create a 5-10-year strategic plan to guide the Australian mushroom industry’s investments in health and nutrition research, development, and extension (R,D&E). This plan will guide research that enhances understanding of the nutritional benefits of mushrooms, support educational initiatives to positively influence consumer behaviour, align research efforts with industry priorities, and enable informed decision-making for future investments in the sector.
