We provide strategic advice to government, industry and the higher education sectors. This includes:

Strategic analysis - assessing competencies, reviewing the competitive landscape for these competencies, understanding trends and changes in sector, reviewing current strategies and internal views about the organisations constraints to achieving strategic goals.

Strategic direction – defining an organisation future direction. This usually builds on our strategic analysis, includes facilitation of off-site senior management workshops.

Strategic plan development – this normally builds on the outcomes of our strategic direction setting work and formalises an organisation’s strategic vision incorporating operational plans and controls, KPIs/ balanced scorecards and implementation plans including milestones.
